AUSTIN (KXAN) — A former Internal Revenue Service worker pleaded guilty Wednesday to federal charges in connection with a stolen identity refund fraud scheme. Police said Kenneth Goheen, 57, admitted to obtaining personal information from Individual Tax Identification Number applicants and using it to file more than 50 fraudulent tax returns between March 2013 and January 2015.
