I am writing to you today because I truly need your help
Many of you are already aware of my 33 year struggle with the U.S. Army to financially recognize me as the original inventor of what is known today as the Camelbak® water drinking system, used by recreationalists and as standard issue equipment by all U.S. military personnel and used in over 50 militaries worldwide.
In 1982, I invented the first On-The-Move Drink system that Camelbak and the U.S. Army colluded to steal
It personally cost my family millions of dollars in legal fees and tremendous heartache to mount a 10 year legal battle to protect my intellectual property and get paid the $57 million in royalties I’d earned. However, to keep the Army from paying me these royalties, the Army cheated in court by suppressing key evidence in their possession from the trial. Then the Army judge let them do it, and later even altered evidence in the record to crush me.
This is a battle that I lost, but…
Thankfully, Dr. John Hnatio, Executive Director of the non-profit 501(c)(3) organization known as the John Galt Program for Investigative Studies, along with his investigators learned of my plight and did a full investigation of my legal case pro-bono. This investigation literally took about 1000 hours. If I had to pay for this work it would have cost me well over $150,000.
They discovered widespread government and legal corruption and detailed it in a comprehensive analysis called “The Story of the Wesleyan Company,” found at www.jgpis.org. Their findings revealed widespread governmental corruption and so many violations of the law that it is shocking! I invite you to read what they discovered and how the government abused a normal citizen and patriot of his rights.
