Help us fight the fight

Dr. John Hnatio received a letter dated August 13, 2015 from the Attorney General of the State of Ohio, Mike DeWine.  That letter provides a reference number of 10291.  This means that a case has been opened against Battelle Memorial Institute (BMI) for its antitrust/anti-competitive behavior as a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization.  Dr. Hnatio stated that, “We have provided overwhelming evidence at https://jgpis.org/antitrust/antitrust-brief-on-projectioneering-v-the-food-and-drug-administration-battelle-memorial-institute-and-the-grocery-manufacturers-association/ completely laying out the illegal activity of (BMI).  We believe the Attorney General of Ohio should have a very easy case proving said illegal activity”, Dr. Hnatio continued on.

Mr. Bruce Becker, President of FoodQuestTQ LLC said, “We have been fighting this fight since the fall of 2012; never wavering in our commitment to seek justice against those who colluded to destroy our little company.  Dr. Hnatio and I have spent thousands upon thousands of hours collecting and cataloging the evidence against BMI, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and the food industry.  It is our hope that we will finally be vindicated in our efforts to protect John’s intellectual property against theft.”

“In our journey to find factual evidence against BMI for its antitrust violations, we have found compelling evidence that FoodQuestTQ is not the only company that BMI colluded against to steal a company’s intellectual property, and put that competing company out of business”, Dr. Hnatio said.  “In fact, there are two other companies, The Wesleyan Company and Demodulation, where we have overwhelming evidence to show that BMI colluded as a government contractor to steal that company’s intellectual property”, Dr. Hnatio said.

“As you can imagine, this journey has not been easy”, said Mr. Becker.  “Dr. Hnatio and I have been barely surviving on our retirement checks.  “In my case,” Mr. Becker said, “I have also been receiving a Veteran’s Administration disability check for my 20 year service related disabilities. Yes, I am a 70% disabled vet.”

“Although we have barely been eking by month to month with our ability to provide for our families, we knew that it would take someone or something to change the course of history and fight the fight for all small business that have been illegally competed against by the U.S. Government and their partners in crime BMI”, John said.  This is why Bruce and I have started the John Galt Program for Investigative Studies (JGPIS).  JGPIS is a program that falls under the Institute for Complexity Management, a 501 (c) (3) organization that is committed to ‘Investigate, analyze and promote the public understanding of pressing social issues using science-based methods, and through education.’”   At JGPIS our goal is to ‘help small business protect themselves against encroachment into their intellectual property.  We provide pro-bono work to help small business create investigative reports concerning how the entity infringed on that company’s intellectual property.  We survive on the donations of others that allow us to perform this service,’” John continued on to say.
